How to take

• Probiotics are live bacteria, so it is best to add them to the formula at a temperature that the baby can tolerate so that they can survive and reach the intestines. Add 1 sachet to your stored breast milk or formula and feed to your baby. Daily serving size is 1 packet. It is also possible to feed 1 pack multiple times.
• For babies starting solid foods, mix with water, juice or yogurt. Older babies can eat the powder directly.
  

As we age, the proportion of harmful bacteria in the gut increases and the number of good bacteria decreases. Therefore, regular consumption of probiotics can help promote intestinal health by increasing the number of beneficial bacteria.
